Had a pleasant experience during my short stay. The terrace provided a great spot for evening relaxation. Staff members were helpful, making us feel welcomed. I appreciated their willingness to help with our luggage storage without any hassle, which was a nice touch. My adult partner and I enjoyed finding nearby eateries and soaking in the local atmosphere.

Efficient service made our stay enjoyable.
The room was noisy from the street, making it hard to relax. The light switches were awkward to operate and located oddly in the room. the breakfast area was disturbingly loud early in the morning.

Jacuzzi rooms offering luxury, spacious accommodations for families, engaging and informative staff
The window mechanisms need fixing to avoid nighttime struggles!!! Dim lighting in rooms simply isn't ideal for evening relaxation!!! Limited dining options could be a hassle for those wishing to dine on-site!!!

the deluxe double room had a broken window, making it a struggle to close, just like many others here. breakfast was so noisy, I can’t believe no one tried to fix that! I expected a welcome drink at least for my inconvenience, but alas! it seems special treatment is only for others. I just couldn’t leave a good review.

Clean and spacious rooms provided a comfortable stay, and the air conditioning was particularly effective during the summer heat. Breakfast options were enjoyable, and the terrace on the upper floors offered a lovely area to unwind in the evening. there were issues with staff attitude , making interactions less pleasant than expected.

Had a great time with friends! We visited some amazing local sights. The location was solid, and we enjoyed checking out nearby attractions. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Definitely try the local eateries for some delicious food. It’s an excellent spot for group trips, offering good options for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.
One staff member was a bit rude during check-in, making it a less than ideal start to our stay. That interaction could definitely use improvement.
